All prices on our website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. These prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice. We will display new prices on our website.
Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery for all products that are in stock. If the product is not in stock, you will be advised of longer lead times. We do not guarantee that every detail, colour seen on your screen are exact matches with the actual product detail/colours.
Chateau Ambiance aims to provide complete, accurate information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that every website is completely free of errors. We will correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions when they have been brought to our attention. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders will not be dispatched by Chateau Ambiance until payment is made in full. Although from time to time we do offer free shipping, unless specified, freight charges will be incurred for all products despatched. Freight will vary depending on product weight, volume and area the product is bound for. At this stage we use Australia Post to deliver all products ordered.
At Chateau Ambiance we take the utmost care in securing a reliable, secure delivery of all purchased products providing you with the utmost care and best service. Unfortunately there may be times due to unforeseen circumstances delivery of products/gifts maybe delayed. Therefore, all delivery times quoted are a guideline. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, nor does it entitle you to cancel an order.
Please ensure that the address provided is the most correct for deliveries. We will endeavour to do our best to fulfil all delivery instructions, within reason, as the delivery company deems appropriate. If instructed, the order maybe left with a neighbour or in a safe place. Should redelivery be an option, additional charges maybe incurred in which the recipient is fully liable for.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct. Any inaccuracies in delivery information often results in the delay of your delivery. Should redelivery be required you may incur an additional cost. All recipients are responsible for the payment of additional costs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Chateau Ambiance if an order does not arrive. Once you notify us, we will lodge an enquiry with post office to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
At times if the order is urgent within the Sydney metropolitan area and/or within a 15km radius from our head office, we will deliver your item/s using our own private Chateau Ambiance courier. Delivery will be within 1 to 2 working days. Our Chateau Ambiance courier will place your items in a safe place where possible. Once your items are delivered we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your item/s. If you do not wish to use our Chateau Ambiance courier service, you must advise us with a message when you place your order.
Chateau Ambiance cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage sustained by the use of any of our products- whether as sold, customised or privately manufactured. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the products are suitable for their requirements. We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has occurred. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses where the sender has opted to have the gift left at the premises if no one is home.
